  • Minimum Check In age is 18 years old.
  • Guests aged 14 years old and under at the time of check in are considered children.
  • Pets are allowed.
  • The rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals.
  • For late arrival arrangements, please contact our Reservation Department at (800) 553-7484.
  • To make changes to your reservation, please call our Reservation Department at (877) 864-2728 and specify that you booked your reservation online.
  • No refunds for early departure.
  • If I used a credit card for a deposit, guarantee or payment, I authorize MHC Property Management L.P. to charge any expenses incurred during my stay to that credit card or apply funds you have on deposit with us against what I owe.

Deposit and Payment Schedule:

Daily

  • Your credit card will be charged one night rack rate prior to arrival.
  • Balance due on reservation start date.

1 to 3 Months

  • One month deposit, not to exceed $750.00 is due at time of reservation.
  • Balance due on reservation start date.

4 to 5 Months

  • One month deposit, not to exceed $750.00, is due at time of reservation.
  • 50% of balance is due on reservation start date.
  • Final balance due on 1st day of 2nd month of reservation.

6 months or longer

  • One month deposit, not to exceed $750.00, is due at time of reservation.
  • 50% of balance due on reservation start date.
  • 25% of balance due on 1st day of 2nd month of reservation.
  • Final balance is due on 1st day of 3rd month of reservation.

Annual

  • Park Model/Tied Down units - One month deposit is required for new guests.
  • RV annuals - One month deposit is required.
  • Monthly payment schedule for annual reservations is subject to good credit history and credit card agreement on file.
  • The method of payment for deposits is credit or debit card. If deposit is made in person, cash and/or check are acceptable.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Daily and Weekly Stays

  • If a site reservation is canceled at least 48 hours prior to arrival, an administrative fee of $25 will be charged prior to refunding any advance deposit.
  • A cancellation notification of less than 48 hours will result in a forfeit of your deposit.
  • No refunds for early departure.
  • If a rental unit reservation is canceled at least seven days prior to arrival, an administrative fee of $25 will be charged prior to refunding any advance deposit.
  • Rental unit reservations that are canceled within seven days of arrival are not eligible to receive a refund.

Long Term Stays

  • For reservations of one month or more, full refund of your reservation deposit will be given for cancellations made sixty (60) days in advance of the original arrival date.
  • For cancellations received less than sixty (60) days from arrival date, the deposit amount will be held on account for a future stay.
  • The only exception is a death or documented major family medical emergency, which will entitle the guest to full refund of the deposit if the cancellation is made prior to check-in.
  • Refunds for death or extended hospitalization will be reviewed on an individual basis at the regional level.
  • No refunds for early departure.
